Now Hiring For Three Positions:

1. Sedan Driver – Fixed Route & Airport Transportation

We're looking for an experienced sedan driver for routine fixed-route driving and airport pickups/drop-offs. You'll be a key part of our operations, responsible for ensuring that customers arrive safely and on time. We handle a variety of transportation needs including senior citizens, business travelers, and occasional hotel shuttle runs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safely transporting clients to and from scheduled destinations.

  • Tracking flight arrivals/departures for airport trips.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the vehicle.

  • Maintaining daily trip logs as required.

2. Van Shuttle Contract Driver

This position focuses on shuttle service, primarily for groups, corporate accounts, or daily contracts. If you enjoy driving and have experience operating passenger vans or similar vehicles, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving a multi-passenger van (no CDL required).

  • Providing timely shuttle service for designated contracts.

  • Ensuring regular maintenance checks of the vehicle.

  • Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for riders.

3. Evening Driver – Flexible Driving Role

We’re especially seeking drivers for evening shifts, which are often quieter and more relaxed. Perfect for someone who prefers working during non-peak hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evening pickup and drop-off services.

  • Handling spontaneous or on-demand trip requests.

  • Staying alert, professional, and courteous at all times.

  • Navigating Lancaster routes safely at night.

Requirements for All Driver Positions

To maintain the quality and reliability our customers expect, we require all applicants to meet the following minimum qualifications:

✅ Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
✅ Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
✅ Clean driving record with no recent violations
✅ Must pass mandatory drug testing
✅ Familiarity with Lancaster and surrounding areas a plus
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Must be punctual, honest, and reliable

Additional Preferences (Not Required):

  • Previous professional driving experience

  • Knowledge of airport protocols (pickup/drop-off procedures)

  • Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability

  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a bonus

  • Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts
